Who We Are

MasterCraft Network Trade Association, is a private (faith-based) LLC trade association and contractor support network dedicated to helping skilled tradesmen become successful independent and credentialed entrepreneurs through mentorship, trade education and experience.

We are not a public school. We are a mentorship-driven Training and credentialing network, where professionals gain real-world experience, business development support, and network-backed credentials to grow their trade independently.

At MasterCraft Network, we believe that identity matters. United & Familiar Trade Branding is our initiative to restore trust, consistency, and craftsmanship in the trades by building a recognizable, values-driven standard across all our affiliated members.

This unified branding system allows independent contractors to operate under the MasterCraft banner while maintaining their autonomy. When homeowners or businesses see the MasterCraft emblem, they know they're hiring a trained, mentored, and credentialed professional who upholds the values of quality, honesty, and accountability.

✔ Private Credentialing & Mentorship
Our members advance through a structured credentialing system that combines hands-on performance, supervised field mentorship, and documented skill progression. Classroom instruction supports and verifies each stage of development. All certifications are issued through the MasterCraft Network Credentialing Committee.

✔ Network Contractor Referrals & Project Leads

Credentialed members may receive job leads, referrals, or project participation opportunities through MasterCraft Network Hub LLC, our affiliated service coordination company.

✔ Entrepreneur Support

Whether you’re just starting your trade business or want to level up, we help guide you through licensing, insurance, business formation, estimating, and client acquisition.

• Entry Pathways: Referral, NWOCO training, onboarding events,
  or direct entry for experienced tradesmen who bring existing skills, licenses, or field expertise.

• Onboarding: Orientation, safety briefing, and credential evaluation.

• Mentorship / Assessment:

  • Apprentices follow a full mentorship track.

  • Experienced tradesmen move through a tailored skills assessment to determine credential placement.

• Credentialing & Referrals: Earn credentials and unlock work opportunities through the MasterCraft referral system.

• Business Growth: Use our support structure to grow your trade business with confidence.

🔩 Certified Contractor – Independent Pro Track

$100/month
Ideal for experienced tradesmen ready to grow their own business under the MasterCraft standard.

Includes:

• All Basic Member benefits

• Credential badge: “MasterCraft Certified”

• Access to job leads and project referrals

• Permission to use the MasterCraft Network branding as part of your established business*

• Business development mentorship: estimating, licensing, insurance, compliance

🔧 Master Mentor / Trainer / Affiliate Member

$100/Year (Case-by-case)
Reserved for licensed, seasoned professionals mentoring new members.

Includes:

• Role as official trainer or evaluator

• Recognition as a MasterCraft Mentor

• Jobsite / project oversight

• Optional fee waiver if serving as mentor or project leader

• Yearly Mentorship Training Required

$25/month
Reduced dues available through referral or partnership with NWOCO
No one is turned away due to hardship.

💼 What Your Membership Covers

“This is a membership fee for participation in the MasterCraft Network trade association. It covers access to private mentorship, credentialing evaluation, member-only materials, contractor referrals, and use of MasterCraft credentials and branding for qualified members.

This is not tuition. It does not grant licensure or guarantee employment. All members are self-employed and are responsible for their own legal and business compliance.”

Members may receive:

• Mentorship by licensed tradesmen

• Credentialing and field evaluations (see our Credentialing page)

• Access to tools, referral programs, and job leads

• Guidance on forming and growing your own LLC or business

• Connection to project opportunities via MasterCraft Network LLC

📎 Invoicing & Receipts

All dues are invoiced monthly. Annual or lifetime payment plans are available upon request.
Receipts are provided upon payment for your business records.
